Dust Test Chamber
This chamber simulates natural wind and sand environments to evaluate a product's sealing performance against dust ingress, complying with IP5X and IP6X test standards for shell protection grades.
The entire air duct is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, with a conical hopper interface at the bottom for consistent dust feeding. The fan inlet and outlet are directly connected to the air duct to ensure smooth airflow and maximize uniform dust dispersion.
A high-power, low-noise single centrifugal fan is equipped to adjust wind speed according to specific test requirements, delivering reliable and repeatable test results.

Do you offer after-sales service? How can I request it? And what is the warranty?
Every machine has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for free maintenance, and we extend 2 months considering sea transportation time. If your machine is not working properly, you can email us to find the problem, and we can organize a video call if necessary. Once confirmed, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

What is the delivery term?
Most of the time, we have stock in our factory. If there is no stock, the delivery time is normally 15-20 working days after the deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can offer not only standard machines, but also customized machines designed according to your requirements. We can also place your logo on the machine.

How do I install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions and English videos by email. Most of our machines are shipped as a whole part, which means it is already installed. All you need to do is connect the power cable and start. If required, we can also perform on-site installation.
