Which Operating Systems are compatible with the software?
The software supports Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit & 64-bit) and Windows 7 Professional (32-bit & 64-bit).
Is the wireless WIFI option currently functional?
No, currently only the USB version of the adapter is available for purchase. The WIFI version has not been released yet.
Can I update the diagnostic software when requested?
We strongly advise against upgrading the diagnostic software as updates may cause unforeseen compatibility errors or system faults.
How long is the software license valid and how do I renew it?
The initial software validation period lasts for one year from the day of activation. Once expired, you can request a free activation keygen to restore function.
Are there any regional module limitations?
Yes, some diagnostic functions like Mack, Volvo, Ford, GM, and J1309 Next Step are not supported for use in Australia.
Does this tool support bi-directional tests?
Yes, the diagnostic tool supports bi-directional commands for International engines, including Cylinder Cut Out tests and DPF Regeneration protocols across EPA 07, EPA 10, and EPA 13 series.
